Both parties must be in agreement as to the divorce and must cooperate with the process.

After the information is filled out and payment information received, you will receive a confirmation email along with a telephone call within 24 hours. We will go over the details of the case and the procedure and ask any additional relevant questions.

We will contact your spouse and arrange to get signatures on documents.

The forms will be prepared and filed within 5 business days after they have been signed by both parties and returned to our office. You will receive a confirmation email once the divorce is filed with the court.

The waiting time for the divorce to be finalized depends on the court and how many divorces are being filed on any given month. Once the divorce is final, the court will mail us a postcard and we will pick up the judgment and mail it to both parties.
